Anna Maria Chlumsky was born in the United States. Her acting career began as a child and first became popular for her character Vada Sultenfuss in the film My Girl and its sequel My Girl 2. Following her initial roles, she had a short break to finish her university. Anna Chlumsky is a Chicago Illinois native born to Nancy Chlumsky, Sr. and Frank Chlumsky Jr. on 3 December 1980.
